Kith のクリエイティブディレクター兼 CEO である Ronnie Fieg は、自身初となる独立したレストラン事業となる「Ronnie’s」のオープンを発表しました。Ronnie’s は、地中海料理に着想を得たニューヨークビストロで、朝食・ランチ・ディナーを提供します。この店舗は、ロンドン中心部で歴史あるRegent Street （リージェント・ストリート）に位置する Kith London Flagship に隣接しています。

クラシックなニューヨークスタイルのダイニング文化をルーツとする Ronnie’s は、地中海料理のエッセンスを取り入れたニューヨーク・ビストロです。提供される料理のひと皿ひと皿は、どこか懐かしさを感じさせながらも新鮮で、時代を超えて受け継がれてきた定番料理を、現代的な視点で再解釈したメニューで構成されています。Ronnie’s の核にあるのは、Ronnie Fieg の人生を形づくった街、ニューヨークへのラブレターなのです。スタイルと食のクラフトマンシップが交差し、過去と現在が溶け合う場所、それが Ronnie’s なのです。モダンな地中海料理から、ニューヨークを象徴するクラシックな定番メニューまで、提供される料理は Kith の精神を体現し、創造性と美食への敬意を込めた唯一無二のダイニング体験を提供します。

Ronnie’s には、Regent Street 側のメインエントランス、または Kith London Flagship 1階の  Kith Women’s から入店することができます。店内に入るとまず迎えてくれるのは、ヴィンテージ調のバースツールに赤いレザークッションを配した、洗練されたカクテルラウンジです。バーでは、Rose Espresso Martini、Vesper Martini、Old Fashioned、Spicy Margarita など、スペシャルカクテルを堪能したのち、メインダイニングへと向かいます。空間全体は細部まで丁寧にデザインされており、ニューヨークを象徴する写真を壁一面に飾ったギャラリーの下には、ファミリースタイルのブース席を配置。また、テイクアウトカフェやテラス席も併設され、さまざまなシーンに対応する構成となっています。

Ronnie’s は、2025年12月5日に正式オープンします。オープン後は、店頭での入店（ウォークイン）に加え、最大30日前からの予約も受付中です。

Kith Creative Director and CEO, Ronnie Fieg, is proud to announce his first independent restaurant venture—Ronnie’s—a Mediterranean-inspired New York Bistro serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, adjacent to the Kith London Flagship on the city’s historic Regent Street. 

Rooted in the spirit of classic New York City-style dining, Ronnie’s is a Mediterranean-inspired New York bistro where each dish is designed to feel as familiar as it does new—classics reborn through a contemporary lens. At its core, Ronnie’s is a love letter to the city that shaped Ronnie Fieg’s journey—a place where past and present converge at the intersection of style and culinary craft. From modern Mediterranean fare to classic Empire State staples, the restaurant serves as an extension of Kith's ethos—honoring creativity and culinary excellence through a unique dining experience.

Guests can enter Ronnie’s through the main entrance on Regent Street or through Kith Women’s on the ground floor of the Kith London flagship, where they are greeted with an elegant cocktail lounge complete with vintage-style barstools dressed with red leather cushions. At the bar, enjoy specialty cocktails like the Rose Espresso Martini, Vesper Martini, Old Fashioned, or Spicy Margarita, before heading into the main dining room. The thoughtfully-designed space features family-style booths beneath a gallery of photos dedicated to Kith’s home city, as well as a takeaway café and outdoor seating.

Ronnie’s will officially open its doors on December 5th, 2025, at which time the restaurant will be open for walk-ins and reservations up to 30 days in advance.
